⚠️ Important Notice Regarding the Member Portal Link:
If you click the Member Portal tab below and receive a "404 Error" or a "Permission Denied" message, it means one of two things:
Your email hasn't been approved yet: If you have not submitted our access form, or if your email address has changed, please fill out the Member Access Request Form using the Portal Registration button below.
You are logged into the wrong Google account: This is the most common issue. Your internet browser is likely automatically signed into a family member's Google account instead of the one you registered with the HOA.
💡 Quick Fix for Account Errors:
Go directly to google.com in a new browser window.
Click the circular profile picture in the top-right corner of that page to switch to your correct, approved email address.
Once you have switched to your registered email, click our Enter Member Portal link again to log right into the secure area.

Resident of one of our 112 community homes? If you have not yet been granted access to our private members-only site, click below to submit your preferred email address to the HOA Board.
Note: As a volunteer-managed community, a Board member will attempt to approve your request within several days of receipt.
